4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made by the participant must be communicated in writing to the company’s physical address at least seven days before the scheduled event to be eligible for a refund or credit. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of fees. Sakura Yoga Wellness Co., Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any event or class and will provide notice as soon as reasonably possible. In such cases, a full refund or alternative arrangements will be offered.
5. Health and Safety
Participants acknowledge that yoga and wellness activities carry inherent risks and agree to release Sakura Yoga Wellness Co., Ltd. from any liability related to personal injury, health issues, or other incidents arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. It is the participant’s responsibility to inform instructors of any medical conditions or physical limitations prior to participation.
